EVOLVE Kettlebells
EVOLVE Kettlebells welcomes all levels, from first timers to anyone looking to sharpen their skills and increase their strength and power. You will learn to master the basics (clean, press, squat) and incorporate more complex skills ( like the Turkish Get Up and Olympic Lifts such as the snatch). This class will have both power and strength sections to increase both muscular and CNS strength. Not only will you feel better in your day-to-day life, you will start feeling more like an athlete each session
