Program Types
EVOLVE Strength is a kettlebell program open to all levels. EVOLVE Strength is 3 strength programs per week following a progressive 4 week program. Not only will you have a program at your finger tips that you can complete on your time, you will also join a group of liked minded individuals across the nation. You will need a kettlebell you can press over head plus a heavier bell for swings and deadlifts. Video demonstrations and feedback provided. Program hosted on an app. Free week trial!
Tailored specifically to your goals and needs, Esme’s personalized programming delivers 3-5 custom workouts per week with 1:1 coaching on your schedule. Whether you're training at home or in the gym, your program will be designed around the equipment you have available. Video instructions and coaching notes are provided through the app, where you can also share videos for feedback on your form. Frequent check-ins ensure you're always supported, tracking progress, and building both strength and skill.
