MEET ESME
Strength & Conditioning Coach
Founder of EVOLVE
Starting off as a professionally trained ballet dancer in New York City, fitness has always been an essential part of my life. My journey in movement evolved as I transitioned into a career in executive marketing, all while staying deeply connected to my passion for fitness through strength training with kettlebells, barbells, and Olympic Weightlifting.
Today, as a Strength & Conditioning Coach, I combine my dance background with my love for athletic performance, training clients both individually and in group settings. My coaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that movement is medicine and that we should all "live without limits." Whether you're a beginner, an athlete, or someone coming out of rehab, my coaching under the Evolve brand is designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and live your life without restrictions.
I hold certifications in Kettlebell, Barbell, and Sports Performance coaching, and specialize in Olympic Weightlifting. As a competitive weightlifter, I also offer personalized coaching for athletes looking to excel in Olympic Weightlifting, helping them reach their full potential.
