Esme started her fitness journey out as a professionally trained ballet dancer, she traded in her pointe shoes for weights. Over the last 5 years, she has been focused on specializing her career with kettlebells, Olympic Weightlifting and dynamic sports performance.
Strength training has changed her life and made her passionate about about helping others make positive change in their lives. Esme believes that movement is medicine and through prioritizing your fitness you will improve your quality of life and longevity.
