Esme is a Strength & Conditioning Coach based in NYC, offering personalized in-person training as well as virtual coaching for individuals around the world. Guided by the belief that movement is medicine and strength is a pathway to living without limits, she works with everyday athletes across a wide range of backgrounds — from those new to strength training to experienced athletes and individuals returning from injury. Her coaching is intentional, skill-focused, and designed to meet each client where they are while helping them build lasting confidence and capability.
