Personal Training

Esme is a Strength & Conditioning Coach, offering personal training virtually through zoom. For the summer season in-home sessions are being offered in The Hamptons. Personal sessions, small groups for those hosting summer guest or events. Kettlebells will be provided. 

Movement is medicine and strength is the path to living without limits. Esme works with everyday individuals across a wide range of backgrounds — from those new to strength training to experienced fitness professionals and individuals returning from injury. Her coaching is intentional, skill-focused, and designed to meet each client where they are while helping them build lasting confidence and capability.
