Program Types

  • Your online training experience is built to support your goals, schedule, and lifestyle. Each program is thoughtfully tailored to your experience level, training history, and specific goals — with progressions that evolve as you do. Whether you train at home or in a fully equipped gym, your programming is designed around the equipment and access you have available.
     

    All programming lives inside an easy-to-use app where you’ll find your weekly training sessions, video demonstrations, and coaching notes. You can upload videos for personalized form feedback and communicate directly with your coach, ensuring you’re never training without guidance.
     

    In addition to individualized programming, you’ll have access to the EVOLVE community chat — a space to connect with other members, share progress, ask questions, and receive ongoing insights and encouragement from your coach. The result is a streamlined training experience that fits into a busy life, without sacrificing support, accountability, or connection.

  • EVOLVE Strength Team is an online kettlebell-based group training program designed for everyday athletes who want to build strength, endurance, and long-term resilience. This program is ideal for individuals focused on general fitness, longevity, and feeling strong and capable in their bodies — whether they’re returning to training or looking for consistent, structured programming.
     

    Training follows progressive four-week cycles with three strength-focused sessions per week, allowing you to build skill, capacity, and confidence over time. Programming emphasizes full-body strength, conditioning, and sustainable progression.

    All training is delivered through a user-friendly app where you’ll access your weekly workouts, video demonstrations, and coaching guidance. You’ll also be part of the EVOLVE community, connecting with other athletes for accountability, motivation, and shared progress — bringing a sense of connection to your training alongside structure and support.
     

    To participate, you’ll need access to kettlebells, including one bell you can press overhead and a heavier bell for swings and deadlifts. EVOLVE Strength Team offers a streamlined, flexible training experience that fits into real life while supporting strength, health, and longevity.
