Program Types

  • EVOLVE Strength is a kettlebell program open to all levels. EVOLVE Strength is 3 strength programs per week following a progressive 4 week program. Not only will you have a program at your finger tips that you can complete on your time, you will also join a group of liked minded individuals across the nation. You will need a kettlebell you can press over head plus a heavier bell for swings and deadlifts. Video demonstrations and feedback provided. Program hosted on an app. Free week trial!

    This team will also have access to EVOLVE Sweat, so you can get all your strength and conditioning needs at once. This is the best value for balanced training. All in 5x a week. 

  • EVOLVE Sweat is a conditioning program with 2 long conditioning programs per week. This is designed to sit in between your strength training days. You need gym access or access to cardio machines for this program. Workouts average about 20 minutes and endurance focused, allowing you to hit the gym fresh on your strength days. All levels friendly. 

    Need strength training too? EVOLVE Strength will also have access to this program, so you can get all your strength & conditioning needs in one spot. 

  • Tailored specifically to your goals and needs, Esme’s personalized programming delivers 3-5 custom workouts per week with 1:1 coaching on your schedule. Whether you're training at home or in the gym, your program will be designed around the equipment you have available. Video instructions and coaching notes are provided through the app, where you can also share videos for feedback on your form. Frequent check-ins ensure you're always supported, tracking progress, and building both strength and skill.
